【摘要】 目的探讨中西医结合治疗妊娠晚期合并急性胰腺炎。方法 回顾分析1985年3月～2005年3月中西医结合治疗妊娠晚期合并急性胰腺炎20例的临床资料。结果 17例患者痊愈，3例死亡。结论 及时迅速诊断妊娠合并急性胰腺炎并合理地治疗，可确保母婴安全。本病在好转恢复期会突然复发(反跳)，造成母婴死亡。因此，避免反跳是降低死亡率的重要因素。

    Pregnancy accompanied with acute pancreatitis analysis of therapy in 20 cases

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the characteristics in therapy of acute pancreatitis accompanied with pregnancy.Methods 20 cases of acute pancreatitis，who were hospitalized in gynecologic department from June1985to June2005，were analyzed retrospectively.Results All of these patients were cured.17 neonates were healthy after therapy，the other 3cases death.Conclusion Acute pancreatitis accompanied with pregnancy depends on the early proper therapy in time.The proper treatment is pivotal to make the mother and neonate in safe.
